Music 'Top Ten' then..
Firstly, I had recently read Bulldogs blog post about 'Number One Songs' that had coincided with memorable personal dates in his life, which seemed like rather a cool idea. Secondly, not long after reading that Gemmak happened to ask me what my Top Ten movies of all time were.
Now, I wasn't going down the movie route because I was in Spiderpig music mode, (listening to it on repeat), but maybe I could combine both ideas and come up with an all time 'Top Ten' Tunes.
Unfortunately I'd underestimated the scale of this task... I almost instantly selected a list of twenty or so great tunes to narrow the top ten down from, but then it happened, chaos, complete disorder and confusion, I started a small mini inventory of my somewhat vast CD collection, just to check I hadn't missed any songs to add to the short list. Well I had and eventually the list ended up at about ninety tracks to short list from. Just select ten from this was going to be a very difficult task.
Anyways, after many torturous hours I've completed it!! Yippee...
So here it is... (Guess What? Yes it needs sound!)
Anyways, enjoy, your critique is more than welcome and feel free to comment here...
Take it easy Boys and Girls.

At last, the definitive 'Fletch' top ten! ;o)
'Hallelujah' and 'Furious Angels' amazing tracks but Mr Buckley has to take the #1 slot, no contest!...though I can't believe there is no Mike in this top ten list.... ;o)
Wot no Eagles?
onadarkdeserthighway: My thoughts exactly.... perhaps we can excuse the omission as an 'age deficiency thing' but still a top ten without any Eagles is inconcievable! ;o)
'The Eagles'... Who the f**k are they...? ;O)
Some dodgy 70's one hit wonder band from the US, who've regurgitated the same song over and over, even more times than Gary Newman did!
Start with The Eagles next thing you know your on a very slippery slope to including 'Boston'!
Hum along... 'It's more than a felling'- Da Da Rad Dad Da...
:O)

Or Toto. Toto trump Boston in the "we sang this song once" stakes. At least The Proclaimers don't just have '500 miles' they have that other one, er, the one that goes, er...
Punc... Thats what I thought, Rossana was on her way to Africa all along..! ;o)

Do you mean you actually spend time WONDERING about such things as mobile ringtones, and you go so far as seeking out one [purchasing one?] that isn't pre-programmed in the phone? Wow... there is one whole new dimension of gadget fun out there I have never ventured into.
