National Motorcycle Week

Yes people it's national Motorcycle Week, just how cool is that!! :O)

So I'm gonna try and do a 'Bike' related post every day this week, I know boring but hey :o)

Anyways, todays message post maybe the most important...

This to all you 'Tin Box' people out there please just take the 44 seconds to watch this...

Over 75% of accidents involving motorcycles aren't due to excessive speed, recless young inexperienced riders etc... They're due to Car drivers invading the Motorcycles right of way...

They just didn't see them...

And a lighter note on the same subject... This made me laugh :O)

Hey Boys and Girls, just take a tenth of a second longer at junctions, 'Look' for bikes... (Another 30 second movie...)

Now I know some of you out there might like to see me dead, but it might not be some old mad fool like me you kill, it might be some young boy or a girl just starting out on there way in life who can't afford to buy a car... Just think about it, hey?

....good post, the problem has been prevelent in all the years I have been on a bike (yes, I know that's a long time thank you Fletch) and a stark reminder now and then to those in tin boxes (that's myself included incidentally) never goes amiss.

The details of my life are quite inconsequential... very well, where do I begin? My father was a relentlessly self-improving boulangerie owner from Belgium with low grade narcolepsy and a penchant for buggery. My mother was a fifteen year old French prostitute named Chloe with webbed feet. My father would womanize, he would drink. He would make outrageous claims like he invented the question mark. Sometimes he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy. The sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. My childhood was typical. Summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring we'd make meat helmets. When I was insolent I was placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds- pretty standard really. At the age of twelve I received my first scribe. At the age of fourteen a Zoroastrian named Vilma ritualistically shaved my testicles. There really is nothing like a shorn scrotum... it's breathtaking- I highly suggest you try it.
